• Activity Data — Your check-ins, earned badges, Regular status, and passport stamps within the app.
• Technical Data — Crash logs, device identifiers, and anonymous usage analytics to help us improve the app.
• Location Data — Used only while the app is in use to help you discover nearby venues on The Trail. We do not store your location history.

Your data is used exclusively to power the Muddle & Fry experience:

• To maintain your Digital Passport, including check-ins, badges, and Regular status.
• To provide location-based venue discovery through The Trail.
• To send relevant push notifications about venue specials and events (only if you opt in).
• To diagnose technical issues and improve app stability.

🗑️ 3. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here's how it works:

1. Navigate to your Profile in the app and select "Delete Account."
2. Your account enters a 30-day grace period. You may reactivate your account during this time by simply logging back in.
3. After 30 days, all personal data — including your passport, check-ins, badges, and account credentials — is permanently and irreversibly purged from our Firebase Firestore and Storage systems.

🔒 4. Data Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard encryption and security practices. Authentication is handled through trusted providers (Google, Apple) and never involves us storing your passwords directly.

Muddle & Fry is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 21. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
